Park Layout and Themed Lands

Walt Disney World Resort is composed of four primary theme parks:

  1. Magic Kingdom



    • The first park opened in 1971, featuring Cinderella Castle as its centerpiece.


    • Offers iconic lands including Adventureland, Fantasyland, Liberty Square, Tomorrowland, and Frontierland.


    • Combines classic attractions such as Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Haunted Mansion with seasonal entertainment.




  2. Epcot



    • Opened in 1982 with a focus on innovation, technology, and international culture.


    • Divided into Future World and World Showcase, with pavilions representing 11 countries.


    • Attractions emphasize education, global collaboration, and immersive experiences, including Spaceship Earth and Test Track.




  3. Disney’s Hollywood Studios



    • Celebrates the magic of film, television, and theater.


    • Includes lands such as Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land, featuring attractions like Rise of the Resistance and Slinky Dog Dash.


    • Offers live shows, stunt demonstrations, and character interactions.




  4. Disney’s Animal Kingdom



    • Combines a traditional theme park with a zoological experience.


    • Includes Pandora – The World of Avatar, African savannahs, and Asia-inspired zones.


    • Attractions include Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and Flight of Passage, emphasizing adventure and conservation.





Additionally, the resort features two water parks: Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, along with Disney Springs, an entertainment, shopping, and dining district. shutdown123
